Meet Seattle Tsunami: One Team, Like No Other
Seattle Tsunami is the Pacific Northwest’s first professional pickleball team for champions over the age of 50. Proud members of the National Pickleball League and hailing from the birthplace of Pickleball, Seattle Tsunami aims to unite players, captivate fans, and inspire our community.

Our mission at Seattle Tsunami is to raise awareness and interest in pickleball among adults 50+, empowering them to lead a healthy, happy, and active lifestyle. We strive to create a welcoming community where the joys of pickleball can be shared, and adults 50+ can make valuable social connections and embrace the many benefits of this dynamic sport.

Stephan Keller
Originally from Switzerland, I cultivated my love for the outdoors through biking in the mountains. Introduced to pickleball by a friend, I quickly became enamored with its social dynamics and competitive spirit, finding it addictive. Retiring from finance, I sought the camaraderie of teamwork, leading me to establish Seattle Tsunami Pickleball Club, aiming to represent the Pacific Northwest in the National Pickleball League—a venture I’m proud to embark on.

I hail from the Pacific Northwest, where my active childhood set the stage for a lifelong pursuit of athletics. Alongside interests like martial arts, volleyball, and wake surfing, Pickleball has become my ultimate passion. Over the last two decades, I’ve immersed myself in the sport, taking on roles from player to coach, club president to regional ambassador, and now proudly serving as the Team Manager for Seattle Tsunami in the National Pickleball League.
